By using the Mettle Flow website, you agree to our Terms:
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
Prices, products, and stock availability may be updated at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud is suspected, or stock isunavailable (with refunds where applicable).
All branding, photos, and content belong to Mettle Flow and may not be usedwithout permission.
We are not liable for indirect losses beyond what is covered under South African consumer law.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Delivery takes 2–4 working days for major metros and 3–7 working days for outlying areas.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa using reliable courier partners.
Shipping is R75 nationwide, with free delivery for orders over R350.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at support@mettleflow.co.zafor assistance.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
We will, however, assist with replacements or refunds in situations where:
Your order arrives damaged
You receive the incorrect product
Part of your order is missing
The product is defective

Please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the issue
A short description
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
We follow the South African Consumer Protection Act.
